My all-time favorite books for women! This is it – my absolute favorites that I think every woman should read.
π Hormone Repair Manual: Every Woman’s Guide to Healthy Hormones After 40 & Period Repair Manual: Natural Treatment for Better Hormones and Better Periods – these are great guides on how your body works, and comprehensive lists of natural & drug options for symptom management.
π It Starts with Food – this is a great primer to how food works in your body and why certain foods might not work for you (especially as you get older!)
π Fierce Self-Compassion – self-compassion is one of the most important mental health tools we can have, so simple yet so powerful. An incredible book on how to utilize it.
π Beyond the Pill – an important look at issues birth control pills can cause, and how to get past them.
π The Wisdom of Your Body – an incredible book about how we store emotions and trauma in our body. Explores the broken and unhealthy ideas we have inherited about our body.

π Taking Charge of Your Fertility – this is a comprehensive book about how your cycle works, incredibly helpful if you’re trying to conceive or trying not to.
π Come As You Are: The Surprising New Science That Will Transform Your Sex Life – “the most important factor in creating and sustaining a sex life filled with confidence and joy is not what the parts are or how theyβre organized but how you feel about them.” A must-read!
π Set Boundaries, Find Peace: A Guide to Reclaiming Yourself – what do “healthy boundaries” really mean–and how can we successfully express our needs, say “no,” and be assertive without offending others? This is the most readable, applicable book on boundaries that I’ve read.
