My right shoulder has been tight lately, and just today I realized that the armrests on my desk chair are adjustable ?♀️ lowering the armrest has helped my shoulder. Some people find that taking the arm rests off helps them too. Get creative- little changes to your desk setup make a BIG difference, especially when you sit at a desk for hours a day.
Another common error is that your computer monitor is too low, making you look down, and adding to neck pain. Try putting a few big books under your monitor! Your eyes should be level with the middle of your monitor.
